LOVE TO RUN
Mountain High
The terrain is challenging,
the hills are exhausting.
Concentration is critical
while negotiating the narrow
and imperfect paths.
Ah, but the rewards are
well worth all the effort.
The aroma of the forest
takes you back to memories
of camping and cookouts.
Every breath of clean air
you inhale ignites all the cells
in your body.
It's invigorating
It's spiritual
Its' enlightening!
